What families can expect at London Zoo

On a family visit to ZSL London Zoo, you can get closer to animals in walkthrough exhibits like the Gorilla Kingdom, Land of the Lions, and Tiger Territory. 

You can also interact with Humboldt penguins and watch them make crazy moves on the penguin beach. 

London Zoo offers various activities to keep little kids occupied and entertained.

You can find Animal Adventure play area, Summer of Colour activity, Daily animal talk, and Sensory Stories sessions. 

London Zoo family ticket

Family tickets offer discounted entry for 2 adults and 2 kids. 

London Zoo does not offer a family ticket, but you can buy regular London Zoo entry tickets for each family member.

Children under three get free admission. 

 Kids between three to 15 years get a 35% discount off standard adult prices.

Senior citizens (65+) can get a 10% discount.

ZSL London Zoo has many toddler activities to keep your kids engaged and entertained throughout their visit. These include:

    Animal Adventure offers exhibits with low barriers for kids to take a peak into the area. 

    Animal Adventure also has a Splash pad for kids to play and cool off. 
  • Daily animal talks: 

    Animals talks offer the perfect opportunity to interact with animals and learn more about their habits and lifestyle. 

    Kids can learn how camels can walk in deserts, how butterflies help pollinate, why lions are called the king of the jungle, and many more interesting facts.
